Aug 06, 2014 · The 2 kexts (IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext & IOBluetoothFamily.kext) are from OSX 10.8.2 with version 4.1.2, they fixed my bluetooth problem for me in OSX 10.8.5. After last 10.8.5 update these 2 kexts where updated to version 4.1.7, this gave several issues with my internal Bluetooth device on my Lenovo T61 ThinkPad. (Update: It's official: it'll be called Mountain Lion. I'll leave my old speculation below for the sake of posterity.) If I had to guess, I'd say the next version of OS X will simply be called OS X, but if Apple's still stuck with cat names, Bobc Mail app on my Mac Pro running OSX 10.8.5, it doesn't work.
