to add program to firewall go to start menu. type in search: all apps. Allow an app through Windows Firewall. should be at the top; click it. then click change settings. then click allow another app. click browse; click on default C:\Program Files\Nexus Mod Manager. click open, then add private. not sure if public is needed. hope that helps someone
