Access restrictions work perfect on Tomato firmware. Not too sure what router you have but if its supported you could try that. Click the Close button to return to the Access Restrictions screen. Click the radio button next to Filter Internet access for listed clients during selected days and hours. (Remember, many DD-WRT versions will have an "Allow" option, but it really means "Filter") Set the days when access will be filtered.

Go to the "Access Restrictions" tab in the dd-wrt web interface; Enable the policy; Set the name (e.g. "Block Youtube") Edit the list of clients to specify which machines should be blocked from accessing YouTube. To block all machines, use the "IP Range" at the bottom to specify all IPs except the router's (typically .1) and broadcast (.255) The access restrictions work fine for me, however the interface seems counterintuitive. That is, it seems to work backwards from what feels right. I too would like to see a more intuitive, user-friendly version of the access restrictions. I would be willing to pay for something easier to use.
